  The staff is friendly, even if they speak a little English. They can provide you only few additoonal information regarding how to rent bicycles, going to local traditional restaurants, activities and so on only because of their poor English. If you can speak/understand a little Chinese they can give you good advice. Great location, very close to the long bridge on the lak - The dim environment give a very comfortable feeling. And the receptionists are nice and talkative.
