Almost all the staff spoke English. I stayed in a private double room and it was spacious and clean enough, the bathroom is very good, and the mattress OK. Wifi in the room. Quiet at night. Perfect location, close to the main street to go shopping, and to the line 2 metro station which takes you straight to Pudong.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the pedestrian street and public transport, but far enough to not get any noise from it.
