    There is free shuttle bus from airport to hotel. Their counter is at exact location as they informed and easily find. Staff at the counter speak good English and very nice and effective even my flight arrived at 11pm. The hotel room is excellence for what I paid. Extra few Yuan you get a lot larger space for double room especially bathroom. It is located in local city. So you c - The staff at the hotel's desk in the airport and in the hotel itself, were pleasant and friendly. My twin bedded room on the 5th floor was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was very good. The hotel offered an excellent transport service between the airport and hotel. I would have no problem recommending the hotel to other travellers.

For those traveling to Shanghai, I suggest learning a few key words and phrases in mandarin that could prove useful.
