Efficient, friendly and helpful check- - Having Santiago be my first port of call in South America as a stopover, and as a solo female traveller, I was praying it was safe, easy to get to from the airport and the staff spoke reasonable English (for my Spanish is poor). I was delighted to find ChileApart was all of the above. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very stylish and although small, had everything you could possibly need. Thanks ChileApart for making my first impression of South America a great one!

  Allowed a late checkout at 3 pm so we could tour the city in the morning and early afternoon, then clean up before leaving at 6 pm for the airport and an overnight flight home. - The staff were so helpful and supportive. We needed to have late checkout as our flight was leaving late in the day and it was no problem. The breakfast was amazing!

  This is really a B&B, the garden is beautiful. Breakfast is good. The house is located back from the street and gate is kept locked. It is a 15 minute walk to restaurants or outlet shopping. - This hotel is really a B&B wih a lovely setting on a residential area. This is not a tourist area.

  Typical standard for IBIS hotel: the room are not spacious though quite and clean. The breakfast service is quite good. The location of hotel is perfect: excellent transport from/to airport as well to the Pacific coast (using Tour Bus company), close to city center and metro station. Also, they were very good about my wake-up call and arranging a taxi for me to the airport. The man at the reception also spoke very good English so there was no problem with communication.
