  We stayed at Abigail’s for three nights July 16-18 2013 after reading the many positive online reviews – all of which are well deserved. Abigail’s Hotel is a small boutique bed and breakfast hotel, located on a cul-de-sac in a very nice residential area of downtown Victoria and close to the attractions of the Inner Harbour. The free parking, behind the hotel - This was, by far, our best place we stayed during our 11-day honeymoon. The staff was so welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, as well as the evening hors d'oeuvres. We enjoyed relaxing in the library lounge room, and visiting with the other guests. In the room, the fireplace was a nice touch. Also, the sound machine on the bedside table played some soothing music that we enjoyed. We have already told many of our family and friends that Abigail's is the only place to book in the future.

  I was staying at the Inn at Laurel Point because of its convenient location. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the start line of the Victoria Marathon near the legislative buildings. The staff were very attentive and friendly throughout my whole stay. This included the front desk, cleaning staff, maintenance personnel and restaurant servers. We stayed in room 452,the new part of the hotel and the view of the marina from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is also close to the centre of Victoria. The room was large and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were friendly,polite and helpful at all times. We had a nice lunch at Auroa restaurant which was reasonably priced,which included several coffee refills . Overall we had a very pleasant stay
