Location of the place, with the 23rd (and maybe also some other levels) overlooking Queen's Street and the new City Hall is simply fantastic. My main incentive to stay in this hotel was that the Airport Express stops 20 meters from the exit, Toronto coach terminal 200 meters, and it was at most 20 minutes leisurely walk from the most remore parts of the U.of T. campus. Otherwise, it was the only place downtown Toronto below 120$ a night for a room with an individual bathroom. Staff, both at the.

The breakfast was as good as you can expect for a student residence cafeteria and plenty of it. just liked everything about it,breakfast,clean room,staff was so helpful and polite..had 12 year old daughter and her 13 year old friend they were very comfortable with this motel...thank you. Basic but clean room. Excellent location down town - good price for such location. Great breakfast included in price. Tasty dinner also offered. The staff were very nice, they even helped me to check in before the scheduled time. The location is great and the breakfast is excellent. I liked the huge bed and nice working desk (for computer). This university residence is a bit run down, but it's affordable, so I didn't mind. Other u residences I have stayed at had wifi, though. no Wi-Fi. The double room was much smaller than it appears on the website!. Not very up to date decor/furniture. Mattress was no so hot. no wireless internet. no free internet access. The meatloaf was a bit ?. Wifi is a need for me. Pity they dont offer it. no wireless internet. Very noisy air conditioning, complex internet connection set-up. no tv or computer. Had to pull out a huge wad of hair out of the bathtub drain since the water kept filling up in the bathtub. Shower faucets were difficult to turn. The room was dingy, not very clean, and the air conditioning unit made a loud racketing noise. extremely dirty: room had not been cleaned before we arrived (we found lots of stuff that obviously belonged to other people who had stayed in this room...), room was not cleaned during our stay either; we were told that there was a microwave and fridge on our floor - but there wasn't; there was one on the floor below but our key card did not open the door windows can't be opened. No Wi-Fi. "Passing the buck" between security and the front desk. An issue which should've been dealt by security on the 27th floor was passed off, being told that they (security) were instructed to "look the other way". When this item was brought up to the front desk, their response was that it was "security guard's" issue. They provide a dorm room which was dirty & stained. There are no amenities & no house keeping services. They provide sheets & towels. Had a few plumbing problems that were fixed quickly. They have WiFi at $5/ day. Front desk staff was a little curt. Cafeteria buffet felt overpriced for quality. Shower head and leaking toilet seemed to waste water. Could achieve big savings with low-flow shower heads. There are no televisions in the rooms! Very disappointed. Also the elevators needed a key card every time to use them, which I had to figure out myself how to use, no instructions were given. The room and bathroom could be cleaner. Rubbish under the bed. Lack of room service (beds were not made, towels were not replaced). facilities. Changing the bed sheeths and towels once in seven days. It was verrrry tired which gave ita grubby feel. A bit noisy. The facilities were filthy and disgusting. Our hotel room floor looked like it had never been cleaned (ever). Old food was under the desk, plus all manner of unidentifiable residue. There was a container of spilled food on the floor of the elevator that no one cleaned up. It was really gross. No TV in room, no room service for amenities (had to go downstairs for everything), no air exchanger in bathroom, room wasn't cleaned (no bed made, no new towels) after day 1. Shabby interior, carpeting, linens, bathroom and walls. No television and no wireless access. Room was not really clean. There was dust on all tables. Staff, specially front desk receptionists, were not friendly at all. Room service was poor; only twice a week!!. Breakfast buffet only until 10:30am only. Poor service , Room cleaning once a week , No swimming or spa facilities , Mattress is very cheap and not hotels standard, no" fridge , TV , Iron , Hungers, coffee tools", 6 Elevators but you should wait 5 minutes to get one. The walls looked unclean. It could've had more lamps. No electrical outlets by one bed. Broken furniture. The room was over priced and dirty. Some furniture is old and cannot be used. There is no kettle for hot water and no television in the room. The carpet smells. no tv no alarm clock no wake up service!!!!. Just dirty. Breakfast started too late Bed not changed and room not cleaned on a daily basis No trash can, no TV Room poorly maintained (paint chipping, rug threadbare etc). everything but location，I would never go there again!!!. terribly.
