  The warmest of greetings from the very helpful and accommodating staff. Mathieu graciously carried all our luggage to our third floor room and smiled the entire way ( poor man). The room was spectacular, so much so we did not even want to leave to go out for dinner. Loved the spa bath and late checkout. As an exp - We loved our loft, it was beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities of home! After arriving, we realized that we could have entertained friends right there instead of going out for dinner...with the red brick walls, hardwood floors, leather couches and one of the most comfortable beds in the world, we now know where we will stay everytime we are in Montreal!!   We have stayed at this chalet three times before. The location is perfect and the building is warm and inviting. There is a stream with waterfall nearby, a swimming pool, a lake with kayaks, and tennis courts.

  Beautiful old converted warehouse across from the ports in old Montreal. All the latest ammenities and updates. Beautiful bedding and mattress. However the pillows are too large and uncomfortable.Exposed beams and brick. Nice bathtub unfortunately my Jacuzzi tub did not work. Location perfect for exploring the old parts of Montreal. The breakfasts, in the hotels pub/restaurant, were so good that we decided to eat one of our dinners there too. We were not disappointed. The staff were extraordinary. We were greeted by Frederik who took care of our baggage then parked the car. Sylvie, the front desk person, helped us with numerous travel issues - small and large.

  I travelled solo this time but was there in october with my boyfriend and we love Le Germain. .... LeGermainn was the first hotel I ever stayed at in Montreal (back in 2003) and I've not sta - The bed was incredibly comfortable. I opted for a bathtub and it was also comfortable with endless amounts of hot water. The toiletries are very good quality and replenished daily. I was there five nights and it was quiet every night. The coffee machine in the lobby is very good quality and I loved the hot chocolate. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly.

  What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!! Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!!   There were a variety of activities to do - both active like horseback riding, ATV rentals; and not so active, like walking, hiking or games like pool, chess etc. The time flew! - Friendly staff reconciled a problem that arose when letsbookhotel.com had not transferred the reservation to the hotel.   Room was great. Had a wonderful roman tub and separate shower, comfy king size bed and view of the Parliament buildings. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor hot tubs. Arome Restaurant was excellent - food, presentation and service. - Beautiful, luxurious bathrooms and fantastic view !!

  It's a beautifully restored facility, furnished to resemble a Victorian residence. It's very romantic. The owner has furnished it with antiques and lovely carpets and drapes, the opposite of a chain hotel.
