The owners of this hotel are very friendly, always ready to help you out. I have a few problems with my car, the owner of this hotel took his own time and had travel with me in Montreal to find a garage to repair my car. Hotel is very clean, very well located a steps to McGill University in Montreal. The rooms are large and very clean and the price also includes includes daily breakfast which was deliver to our room. We like our stay at this hotel and will recommend it to everyone. The entir.
所有评语 » It was very good value for money. At $200 for 3 nights- we got two large size queen beds, breakfast in bed and simple, yet clean rooms. We were not looking for luxury or a 100 channels on TV, so that was not a criteria. The rooms were well heated and the water in the bathrooms was hot. It was very centrally located- walking distance from all major shopping and sightseeing spots. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a budget hotel in Montreal which is clean, warm, comfortab. I must say that I am so lucky to choose Casa Bella as I was traveling in Montreal. The location is great! The hotel is clean and quite. This provided us for good sleeps during our trip. Most importantly, the staff there were so friendly and helpful. Since our luggages were delayed to deliver to our staying place. The Manager was so nice to lend adopter and calling card for us. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a budget hotel in Montreal which is clean, warm, comfortable and c. Stayed there while travelling around the world in northern railway circumnavigation. Really nice place with huge rooms and brilliant staff. The hotel is close to metro station and in the walking distance to any place you'd want to go, from Old Montreal to Chinatown. Definitely worth the price. basic accommodation with no frills but comfortable and surprisingly quiet for a room right on the 1st floor street side(and free parking!) Staff were very nice about putting me on the 1st flr. (I asked) even though it was a bigger room than I had booked. The stuff are really nice. They provided all what i asked for. They were punctual; i asked to have breakfast at 7:40 am every day & they were on time. The room service is great; cleaning the room nicely everyday. They were considerate. I can stay here and not worry about what it is costing me. The staff is small -- I believe this must be a family operation -- and they have always been helpful. Parking is limited, but so far has never been a problem. Great value for the money. $80/night (including tax) got us a centrally located spot. Comes with 8 parking spots and is conveniently located across from the Provigo supermarket. Free wi-fi was nice. I liked the fact that it was so close to all the action within Montreal. Dense walls, or polite guests, especially since we made a lot of noise. ;). I like their stuff, there were really friendly, and their location is great.For the money you are paying it is great place to stay. Very charming; lots of character; good location; sort of European style; interesting Chinese theme in Victorian style building. The free breakfast coffee and croissant were inedible. Go 2 doors down to Le |Moulin de Fayette instead- like being in Paris but with polite service. No elevator. But they help you with the luggage. Not every room has a mini-fridge. Bring your own towels, as their's were pretty small in size. The bed was also very creaky. Continental breakfast consists of bread, OJ, and coffee/tea. Cramped parking (albeit free). Didn't receive complimentary breakfast. out of the hotel.... The parking situation was quite annoying. The staff were very helpful though. N/a. The washroom was very small and the sink area was in the bedroom. Wifi was not stable. Hotel staff did not have very good English. The bathroom smelled like mold and the room was not very clean and really needs an uplift. Had free parking in a tiny lot-but it seemed safe. Shower is dangererously hot and hard to adjust Room was not very clean and the windows couldn't be opened. No elevator (we had to climb 2 long stairways). Wasn't properly cleaned under hidden areas each room was different washroom was kinda crowded needs new shower curtains only 2 cups Allows only 1 person per bed per room. Carpet dingy, too small bathroom. The breakfast was always a piece of toast, a croissant and coffee or juice. No option, No seconds. The rooms can look kind of dingy. If the back door where the parking lot is is closed, you have to walk all the way up the block to get to the entrance. The stairs are kind of rickety. Staff were not very helpful. The breakfast that was included consisted of a slice of toast and a small croissant between the two of us! Not enough. It was very basic. Not very fresh, not very clean. the carpeted floors and the small, older bathroom. Small showers. Bedbugs eating my legs at night. The room # 3 where I was is so small to be claustrophobic! The fitted carpet on the floor is very dirty. The breakfast is very poor. If you have budget aims, go in a hostel (usually in Canada are clean). When we arrived, we instantly saw a chicken bone and tea bag sitting on the floor. The room did not appear clean at all. We complained to the front desk and after quarrelling with the cleaning lady, they finally sent her to clean our room. Only she quickly vacuumed the spot where the old food had been, and didn't even wait until we had left the room. The staff was not very accommodating.
