  For the most part, the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I was booked under the wrong name but the staff on duty promptly fixed that error and helped me check in. The staff member that I mention below then showed me to the room I was staying in and answered all my questions well. The other guests in the room were very quiet.   I loved the entire stay! Exceeded all my expectations. Great location, excellent worth for its price. Staff was friendly and helpful - offered to store my luggage even after checking out so I could enjoy the city before my late-night bus ride. Breakfast was free and food restocked timely.   The owner was very friendly, the amenities were more than expected for the price we paid (including the better-than-average breakfast, the cleaning service, the fact that you get a code to come in at any time unlike in most hostels which are MORE expensive than this place, etc). The location was also a huge plus and they do have cheap parking ($8/... 别人怎么说 » day) within walking distance. In the end - if we were doing another budget trip to Montreal, we would definitely return. - The location was excellent, allowing us to park up the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go (yes we can walk quite a few km without issue). The addition of bathrobes in the closet to allow easy visits to the shared bathroom were a very welcome touch.
