  I enjoyed the pool and way it was set up., particularly as it was divided into in essence a shallow and deep pool. Very good for young children. The hot tub was also a great addition.   We stayed there for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. It was close to everything and the breakfast was wonderful and filling. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The 2 gentlemen on the front desk were very helpful and made us feel right at home. We will stay here again the next time we are in Ottawa - Comfortable, great bed, felt ... 别人怎么说 » very homey. The every one of the staff members were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

  The room was quite comfortable and clean. It was perfect having the desk space as I could set up and work there during the evening. The couch was perfect for watching TV rather than having to sit/lie on the bed. The location was perfect -- halfway between my son's apartment (university student) and the Byward Market. It is a bit out of the way (and close to a somewhat run down area), yet in reality, super-close to everything that matters in downtown Ottawa, and easy access to transportation. So, lesser known which gives it a good price for an excellent location. And rooms spacious for the size. Young staff very helpful and polite.
