  Upon check in, for an extra $10.00 they upgraded us to "The Victorian Room" which was a king suite with an in room hot tub! The staff was positive and great to deal with. The staff were very friendly and obviously enjoyed their jobs, which makes it so much nicer to stay someplace. The rooms are upscale and the beds are very comfortable. Not too hard and not too soft. Lots of pillows!

  One of the best low priced hotels I had the pleasure to stay at. The hotel was very quiet, but that's probably because it was off season. The room was clean, neat and made you feel right at home. Excellent views from the balcony on the fourth floor and underground parking.   We stayed here for a 2nd night in Golden, at an insignificantly higher rate than the first hotel we stayed in, but this was much better. Nice pool and hot tub. Very friendly staff at reception desk. Clean room, free parking.
