Excellent service - the couple which holds the vila is very polite, they were very friendly but keeping for you enough space not to feel bothered. At the same time anything was ever missing. The vila is located at quite suburb district about 15 min from the new town and 25 min from the old town. It was very convinient becausewhen you want to relax you can do it and when you want to enjoy yourself you can also do it. Nice guest house with really kind guestkeepers. The room was clean and cute. We had breathtaking view to the sea. And inb the other hand it was so cheap. So I really recommend it.
Clean, good shower rooms, balcony with nice views.
If you do not have a car and you do not like to walk, probably this choise is not the most appropriate. But you always have to choose between the tranquility of the suburbs and the noisy center : ) (in Sozopol the center is really noisy & crowded even in a low season).
The old town is a bit far by foot.
Access roads unfinished.
