  Location was fantastic, immediately next to one of the chairlifts so ski-in-ski-out but only for part of the resort. Borovets is divided in 2 parts and acces to each bit from the other is tricky. Rooms were clean and well furnished, we had a mountain view, servive in ski rental shop was the best I've ever had. We had half board, and we considered the dinner good and with enough options (the drinks were not included, but the price was fair). The hotel is good in general, as expected for a 4 star hotel. We had parking place, even the parking area was crowded. Prices for extra services (drinks, minibar) were fair.

  We made a trip to the Euphoria Club Hotel & Spa this past weekend and it was amazing. We received a good deal since it’s off season from the winter months. The rooms are wonderful and best linens I’ve seen in Bulgaria. The spa was great with heated pool, steam room and sauna. Take a trip into Borovets it’s quiet but very - The hotel is very nice decorated and brand new, with very large rooms. -The prices of the food and drinks are very good -Breakfast is fine (my wife would like more sweets but for me eggs, bacon, cheese etc are perfect) -The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The spa is very nice and enjoyed the massage very much after 4 days of skiing.

  The hotel is located in pine mountain, with excellent view from the room. It is very modern equipped, and very clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Also the spa centar is very nice. - Quiet place hotel, ideal for taking the rest after spending the days hiking in the mountains.

  Clean,nice staff although poor language command. - The staff was great. Unfortuatley the restaurant did not have most of the food items that were listed on the menu.
