The staff were very helpful with our questions. If one was not strong in speaking English, he or she would find someone who could help. The staff we saw in any of the areas were always efficient. There was a good choice of breakfast items. We enjoyed the restaurant evening Buffet one night and enjoyed that too. We were able to leave our extra luggage there for a few days when we went on a tour into the jungle. The wifi connections were good.

Modern little hotel with everything you need for a simple trip. The location is great, right in the center of the downtown. Walked to the famous opera house in 5 mins. It's location. Right in the center of Manaus and at a walking distance from local street markets. We enjoyed our stay at GoInn and would recommend. Great location. Location, the room was basic but good enough to spend 1 night before heading to the jungle. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Staff Snack counter. The only problem we had was very minor. We had a Brazilian friend who tried to phone us at the hotel but they were unable to get through to our room - kept getting a message that all the lines were busy. Sometime a bit complicated to connect to Wi-Fi but the staff was ready to help. - Tiny bathroom - While the place appeared overall clean, there were issues with cleanliness and general maintenance(the blanket in my room smelled like it was not washed after the last guest used it, the bathroom had mildew in the folds of the shower curtain, bits falling off the ceiling plaster in the room). Staff members are friendly but unable to inform visitors regarding what sites we can visit. No telephone service avaliable. Rooms slightly small and could be noisy on the front part of the building. Rooms on the back were quieter. Room was a little too small. Location not good for choice of restaurants. The price of meals at night is too expensive. Front desk staff should speak english better. Also more sign on the toallet (where should you drop paper) and signs on the bar, saying you can get stuffs by yourself. To brazilians is easy to figure it out, not to foreing guys. Part of staff really need to learn English/Spanish. Hotel in general needs to show more instructions how things work there (portuguese, english, spanish). Rooms not as large as other places but still ok. lacks character. Room not made up on checkout day. There's nothing great about the hotel, but it is all you need and there's not really anything bad to complain about. Beeakfast choice is very limited. Lack of outside dialing in the rooms No wifi in rooms Cab ride to shopping centre is expensive Lack of subsidised/ fixed price airport transfer.
