  The staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in, they were bendingover backwards to make us comfortable and to help us in any waypossible.   The location is excellent. I brought a relative to Leuven while I worked and this is a perfect place to stay. You would expect that on this location there is much noise in the night but this is not the case. It is rather quite in fact.
