  The apartment offered the privacy and kitchen facilities my wife and I were accustomed from our own home. I was there for a seminar and I found the private parking very convenient for me to go back and forth. My wife enjoyed the city which was a 15 minute walk from the centrum and ideal for shopping or dining in the city. In short, we would most highly - Very spacious and quiet room, extra large and extremely comfortable bed (1,80 x 2,00 m). We loved the vintage / antique decoration and the fact that the room had no TV contributed to the vintage-feel. The huge and gorgeous wooden bathtub in the middle of the bathroom is a life-saver: after a long day walking around the city, there's nothing better than soaking in hot water for more than an hour!   Newly reburbished, very clean, quiet, comfortable and warm. Buffet/continental breakfrast was perfectly adequate. I stayed at the old IZA many many times and this new location, with bang up to date facilities, is very welcome. Only 2 tram stops from the "Sportpaleis" Events hall and just 10 - 15 minutes away from the city center by bus, tram and train( train station Antwerpen Luchtbal only 5 minute walk ). Very clean rooms, very friendly staff, very satisfying breakfast a very reasonable price. Definately a great value for little money !
