Super fast checkin (~1min only signed already filled form). Free shuttle bus every 30mins. Very convenient location. Some reviewers wrote about some problems with the access cards. I saw that the system is similar with another located in London where the issue was that I kept my cart together with Oyster so my recommendation is to keep it separate from any magnetic cards. very very friendly staff, helpful and always had a smile.

Ease of access to airport. Good room for the price. Very convenient shuttle bus from/to Brussels Airport. Bus and train stops for Brussels downtown close to the hotel (5-10 minutes to walk). It would be helpful to be provided with a time-table for the downtown bus/train and a map of the vicinity of the hotel showing the stops. Perhaps a piece of paper at a bulletin board at the hotel reception. Staff were very polite. Services - ok. Breakfast was good for a European breakfast cold cereals, toast, healthy margarine, jam, pastries, croissants, yogurt, ham, cheese, tea, coffee, etc. - but no hot food. the morroccan receptionist. Room is pretty clean, breakfast is plentiful and included in the price automatically. There was mo information on website about shuttle bus service during the day on weekends.Rooms were small. Pay TV channels including adult channels "previews" were unappreciated. Internet was through ethernet pay service. A bit tight for big Americans. But it was just for one night. Made usappreciate our slightly larger room in Paris.The shuttle service needs serious improvement; the hours for it need to be listed on the website, and the hotel should warn people that they only have room to reserve for 6 people on each time slot. If you have to get a taxi, they tell you it is 15-20 euros (fortunately I did not). breakfast somewhat limited (but still OK for a free one). Smell of air pollution (but unusual foggy conditions). No toiletries. The online pricing. I was traveling with a male collegue and was given a room with a large bed. Getting the night manager to change it took two tries. I think the listing was for one room for two people. I think it should have been a room with two beds. What would I say to questions about my stay when I am traveling with a collegue?. The price for the parking was very expensive in relation to theroom rate.No Air conditioning or fans available for guests. The key card has to be rprogramed twice. The rooms are tiny, like pod rooms. There is no refrigerator in therooms. Breakfast buffet was very average. Ther is no restarant inthe hotel. Everyone needs to take seriously into account that double rooms are tiny and there is hardly any light coming into them. Room decorations are also below average.Quite some noise from room to room. the room was too tiny and facilities not consistent with the price paid. The size of the room was not mentionned and we were a bit surprised by the exiguity ... Price to high. limited breakfast, charge for internet use, bathroom a little bit old. The beds were very uncomfortable. So much that we could not sleep all night. The matresses were cheap and hard and we could feel the springs coming through. This is the only reason why we will not return to this hotel.
