  The hotel owner welcomed us personally. We felt very welcome in the cosy atmosphere. Rooms and public areas are very nicely decorated. The staff helped us with our luggage and were always there to help where needed. Very nice breakfast buffet. Nice location, quiet but close to the beach and the centre.   Very very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service. Good food at reasonable price. Very clean hotel, pretty design, very new and modern. Close to the beach (3 minutes). Close to downtown De Haan (10 minutes). Plenty parking places around the hotel. The family room offers plenty of space for 4 people. Hotel is newly renovated (summer 2012) and family run. Service is impeccable, rooms minimalist and comfortable, breakfast is delicious and overall 'ambiance' a delight. We had a family room, with two completely separate bedrooms. My twins teenage daughters loved the place ! I really felt like the stay was worth every euro spent...!
