Rooms were clean and new. Owners Xavier and his mother (forgotten her
name) were lovely people. Xavier was such a gentleman helping us with
our bags up 3 flights of stairs. He very informative with what to do in
and around town. Xavier and his mother were able to call around to find
out if things were open and to book things. Breakfast was provided and
Xavier's mother did a delicious french toast and scrambled eggs. We
were able to store our luggage there after checking out so that we could

Wow! There was next to nothing I didn't like. The room was spacious
and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was large and elegant, toiletries
generous and even the towels luxurious. The bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was individually presented, not buffet-style, making me feel
like a house guest. It included made-to-order eggs, hot french toast,
freshly-squeezed orange juice. The lady of the house spoke some English,
but her employee/chef/bell-boy/valet spoke excellent

We had the pleasure of staying at the b&b during the New Year break.
Xavier and his mum Monique were wonderful hosts. Upon arrival, Xavier
spent a good 30 mins talking us through the sites of Brussels and how we
could maximise our short time in the city.
Per other reviews the b&b has a great location; walking distance from the main attractions. The room itself was spotless and extremely spacious with minimalist furnishings; perfect for us!
Also noted in other reviews is the delicious co.
Our stay couldn't have been better. This place was easy walking
distance from the metro and some of the best Brussels attractions.
We were welcomed with coffee by Xavier's mother who doesn't
know much English but was so welcoming she could be mistaken for
family. She answered all of our questions about the city and showed
us to our immaculate room. The room was beautifully decorated in a
modern style- I loved it!! Breakfast was lovely. I wish we had
stayed more than one night!.
B&B x2 Brussels was clean, modern, spacious and in a fantastic
position down a quiet street in walking distance to all the attractions.
Xavier and his mum were so kind and catered for my dietary requirements
at breakfast which was most appreciated. Xavier also provided us with a
map and told us about good places to eat and drink and where to buy the
best chocolates :) I would recommend this B&B to anyone who is
looking to stay in Brussels.
Spotless, very comfortable, lovely hosts, great breakfast, which also included gluten free bread/crackers for breakfast, as I am a coeliac. Short 10 minute walk to Grand Palace, restaurants etc. This is a highly recommended place to stay. The hosts recommended a very good restaurant and also looked up train times for us as we were travelling on to Leuven the next day.
Lovely accommodations, breakfast was amazing, the location is perfect and very easy walking distance to sights. The hosts were great and made our stay very comfortable. They even prepared a breakfast box for us as we had to leave early morning for our flight home. Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Brussels!.
Room was beautiful, the owners were great, even though the communication was a bit difficult. Wifi was working perfectly (that doesn't that often in hotels and b&bs in my experience). The mattress was very comfortable! Breakfast was delicious! We had a great time in Belgium!!.

One of the best B&Bs we've ever stayed in, with comfortable spacious modern room in an old house. Breakfast was delightful, with freshly squeezed orange juice. The art on the walls is also impressive.

Location - close to both railway stations. Very friendly and you get a much better experience at a bed and breakfast than you would at a conventional hotel.

Top floor room was a tad hot in July and required air conditioning
(Xavier mentioned that that was being rectified for next summer).
My only complaint was that there was no proper table for my laptop to
make use of the free wifi--only a small round glass-topped table between
two over-stuffed chairs. The room is big enough that a table and chair
could easily be added.
For us there was nothing not to like!
Potentially, the stairs may be a little tiring if staying on the top floor.

A bit of a rough walk from Brussels train station south. But fully compensated by proximity to the central square in Brussels, not far from the famous Manequin Pis.

If you walk to the hotel from Brussels Midi/Zuid be careful. That area is not so nice.
