We choose to stay in the Marriott because we could have a one bedroom apartment, it is useful to have a kitchen plus a separate living room for when our toddler is in bed. The apartment was great - a good size, clean and quiet. The location was good - right next door to the European Parliament and about a 10-15 min walk to the Grand Place. It was only a 5-10 min taxi ride from the Eurostar station. The breakfast buffet in the hotel was superb - delicious and a wide variety of items.
所有评语 » The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions. Its a excellent hotel . The staff is very helpful . We had requested them to make arrangements for our anniversary and they were really good . They had the candles lit up on the cake for us before we stepped in the room which was a very nice suprise . Thanks . We've been to this hotel ever since we're travelling for business in Belgium. Very clean and big rooms Nice reception and great staff Hudge gym and spa, very good for relaxation. 5 nins walk to Metro station, 2 mins to Brussels Luxembourg station. Supermarket 1 min away. 1.fully equipped kitchen 2.seperate bed and living room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the apartment and pool area. Great business hotel. Staff. clean, spacious, good beds and facilities. TV wasn't working, we got another room. NIce apartment, spacious. nice clean apartments. N/a. There was nothing to like. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and weren't impressed with the menu - it didn't have a lot of choice. Saying that, I had the burger which was delicious. The cocktail menu in the bar was also a little disappointing - not very exciting and they didn't have the ingredients for half of them!. We stayed twice on a recent trip, and in one suite the AC was weak (staff advised turning it to max - it wasn't broken, just not a great unit). AC was fine in the second suite. 180 euros smoking fee so smoke outside guys !. Business district, nothing open on weekends. Weekdays are fine. Free internet in lobby is not stable. 1.didn't make up room everyday. The "fully-equipped" kitchen offered only the basics. Kitchen appliences very difficult to use eg the hob. Too few people and unorganised in the reception. Long waiting times. Should be more organised... Condition in the bathroom, shower didn't work. poor service on reception, forgot to book taxi, not enough staff to check in guests. should never have anyone working behind reception who is unable to check in clients - gives a bad impression. The staff of the hotel was not aware of free parking in the weekend only two streets from the hotel. The tried to sell us a place in their garage instead. Absolutely not a drop of water at 8:30 am and when I informed staff at check out, the reply was merely they had shut it off to do some maintenance. No discount on extras, i.e. breakfast was offered in lieu. poor service at check in Rennaisance hotel. forniture in the kitchen were not so clean and has to be renovated. Shower. You name it no trolley for baggage and its self service bathroom balcony kitchen location it should be 3 star not five I'm sure their is a mistake in the rating it bribing someone to get the 5 star.
