It's location is excellent, the staff were very helpful, my room was of a very high standard at a very good price.
The check in time is quite late at 3pm, but they do store your bag if you arrive early.
The location of the hotel is fantastic! You are at the same time in the very centre of Brussels and at 3 minutes on foot from the Central Railway Station and Subway (there is a subway gallery that leads to the Central Station just in the yard of the hotel), wich makes it very easy to acces from the airport and from whatever point of Brussels.
I liked this hotel. Sparkling clean spacious rooms; comfortable beds and pillows; the housekeeper who cleaned my room was cheerful and pleasant; polite and helpful people at reception. Great location.
The hotel does not have too many non-smoking floors so even though I was in a non-smoking room, at night when I was trying to sleep smoke odors would come in under the door. Enough to be aggravating, not enough to request a different room as I also had the luck to be in a corner room with views of two sides of the hotel including the Grasmarkt.

The rooms are very nice, good comfort etc. And special 'bed lamps', for reading in bed - not disturbing your partner...
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was right in the centre of everything, it was tidy and the breakfast was lovely. The staff on reception were also very helpful.

location was the best. We would like to mention 2 young men that worked at the front dest. Sorry, did not get their names. . . but one was from madrid and the other was born in Cuba. They were very helpful and we enjoyed talking to them. They are excellent employees!!!!

Great location (close to the Central station and Grand Place/GroteMarkt), the staff was efficient, friendly; breakfast was good; there waseven information about sights and dining in Brussels in Swedish waitingfor me in the room.
The only thing that may bother some is the noise from Gras Markt(garbage collectors were there around 6 am). For us it was not a problemas we had to get up early anyway, but if you think that this may be anissue, ask for a room facing away from the square.
Location Location Location. The Best Western was close to the finish line of the 1/2 marathon we ran.

Location of hotel was great both in terms of getting to it from airport via train and in terms of sightseeing; Price obtained through LetsBookHotel.com good. Room location at end of first floor hallway and through a door was initially a little bit "offputting" but it was a non-issue. Staff was friendly

The address is misleading and if I hadn't checked the location on google maps, i would never have found the hotel.
Airline lost our luggage for a day and the staff gave us emergency shaving and dental care products. Staff was great!!!
