We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-) The staff is really helpfull and friendly. The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. Staff is amazing - one of the most pleasant people I met. Smile, kindness, warm welcome even they offered to change parking tickets for us. Hotel has excellent location, nice big rooms (suits), tons of parking around, walking distance to down town.

Ikea furniture, no minibar, the breakfast was enough but expensive (we had a coffee with fruits). Nothing. Nothing really. Toiletries was poor, no slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste was available in rooms. Not enough dining room seating at breakfast time which created an overflow into the reception area. Hotel placed a hold on half of the room rate prior to arrival and could not remove it which meant getting the card provider to delete the entry. All was good. We were there with children, and was one of the TV channels are uncoded porn. This is an outrage!!! At 19 pm at the reception said to us to be quieter because they want to sleep in the next room! BUT our kids just laughed not noisy and not was night just 19 hours! This was not correct!. Front door. (Minor) Art nouveau décor is not everybody’s “cup of tea”. The room was suite type but wasn't really. Cleaning ladys stole some coins i left on the table Poor wifi in the bedroom (only in the living room). Old fashion design. Nothing. Breakfast was extremely expensive for the offer. No wifi at all on the room and the pictures are barely representative of how it really looks,we had tea bags but no glasses or anything to warm water was available. I was given a smoking room which for an asthmatic traveler is a catastrophy, and since I arrived late (which I had announced) I had no choice but to take the room accompanied by a triple dose of my inhalant. Beds, furniture and fittings slightly dated and shabby. Could do with a refurb.
