Excellent front desk service. Excellent online booking facility Really good presentation within the unit we booked even though it was dated. Loved all the little extras in the bathroom. Soaps, shampoos, pamper stuff. Well done. Also loved the kitchen supplies. Excellent. We were put in room 31 for two nights and had an old style noisy air conditioner, which we couldn't leave on too long. When we spoke to the staff, the kind lady moved us for our third night to room 30 which had a new quiet A/C. We slept a lot better. Thanks.
所有评语 » I loved the friendly and helpful attitude from the staff. I was thrilled to have access to free wifi - a sure way to win over all guests! I loved the design of the rooms, very classy, clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar service was great. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and even though we were on the corner of the main road the traffic didn't bother us. Very friendly staff..was clean and comfortable..has a nice restaurant but also plenty of eateries close by and only a fifteen minute walk to town. the fact it has a kitchen with basics we stayed in room 53 so had plenty of lounge room without peolpe needing to sit on our bed. Friendly staff - room was huge, bed very comfortable. Value for money - especially complimentary glass of wine with dinner. Staff was very helpful, room was excellent clean and quiet for a great sleep, had a meal in your restaurant was very nice. There was a small initial problem, but what most impressed us was how quickly and smoothly it was completely solved. Nothing was any trouble - good food, good service, helpful staff. Rooms were great. Enjoyed my stay. New rooms are very comfortable Meals as always were well presented and very nice. Size of room and large beds. Locality. Pleasant staff. Great Breakfast. The restaurant was very good. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The rooms were clean,the staff friendly and helpfull. The motel is close to the town centre and the staff were very good. There was a guest laundry which was handy. food in the restaurant was excellent. Friendly staff. Not much. Good breakfast looks good from the outside. Location was convenient for travelling through. Road noise during the night. Needs double glazing.??. Some rooms like room 31 still have old noisy air conditioners. It would be great to include a bath tub in each hotel room. Bubble baths are a luxury all guests should have access to!. Unfortunately there was a very young baby who was allowed to cry, in an adjoining room that was separated by a wooden door which allowed the sound to travel through easily. Maybe couples with young babies could be in rooms that have a door joining the rooms. the heat all stayes up the top as it rises ti all goes to the bedroom and the downstairs stays cold. Nothing. Restaurant prices were a bit expensive but the food was great!. Pillows were a little hard had trouble getting comfortable Left mob phone charger in room 32 would appreciate if we could get it back please to 8 Nooral Street, Bargo NSW 2574. none. The food at the restaurant was hideous and overpriced but served by a lovely young woman. Stairs to upper level bedroom. nothing. Bathroom could do with a update. Room old and outdated, cracks in walls. Bathroom clean but overdue for a facelift. Having to climb a number of creaky stairs to go to the bedroom. There was a lot of road noise in my room because the hotel is on the corner of the highway. Wasn't too bad at night though. Bathroom window needs a fly screen as there were a lot of flying insects crawling around on my towels. Got them off, but then they were on the ceiling so when I hit them with the fly spray, they fell into the sink and back on to the towels. Could be funny, but kind of took the shine off the stay. We were originally given a 2 storey room with the bedroom on the top story and loungeroom etc. plus bathroom on bottom floor. The steps were quite steep and as my husband gets up during the night to go to the bathroom it could have been dangerous as he has a bad knee. We asked to be moved to a room on one level and the staff were very helpful and allowed us to move. The second room was qood but the bed was uncomfortable with a soft mattress. room was a bit noisy as room at end of motel right on highway. As stated before food excellent, BUT at Sydney prices, very expensive for a country motel. Facilities were dated and certainly in need of a spruce up - but I guess that they keep these for online bookings and people looking for a bargain. As most people need to do these times. I have booked on line before and have always had a really good room regardless that it was not over the phone booking. Also done this is Sydney and had better rooms. All furniture old and worn and dirty.mould in bathroom.lounge creeked and sagged carpet looked like hadnt been vacuumed. Shower in bath Extremly DANGEROUS for Seniors Room 26 Safty Bar half metre away from shower . Sliding patio window there was no key or method of locking jammed a balcony chair as a lock dirty and very dated cannot believe the other rooms are like the one we got the bed linen was clean and fresh otherwise would not have been able to stay there as the rest of the room felt uncomfortable due to its state the hotel was full so had to suck it up for 1 night would not recommend. Receptionist was rude and unpleasant. Spider in the room. Vomit on the lounge. Dirty uncleaned carpet with wet patches in areas. Worst motel experience. DefinAtely not worth $130 a night.
