  Location suited our purpose for trip - ie Wedding reception at Manly Golf Club. Wonderful location for Manly beach (2 min walk) & close enough to walk to all Manly' s facilities Friendly staff, clean but older facilities, suited our requirements well. - We were part of a four room group who attended a wedding at The Kiosk.   really good place for this price! we was lucky & the view from our window was exellent - Harbour Bridge & Opera House. we have come some hours before check-in but our room was ready. staff is very friendly, room & shower clean. great value for this money! - Its a good hotel near to all entertainment places.   The location is absolutely great but the wonderful and 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude of the staff (management and housekeeping) was really refreshing. They made a basic hotel feel really welcoming, comfortable and like 'home'. If they could do anything to help, then they did and always with a smile.
