Fabulous decor, wonderful attentive staff, 24 hour service, great location so close to excellent shops and restaurant and relaxing roof top pool. Value for money.

  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven.   We loved the apartments, they were very spacious and luxourious! Me (25) and my partner (29) were travelling with his parents (both in 50s) and we all loved the apartments.   We were in the Jungle Walk Bungalow for 4 nights. The staff and facilities were excellent. We were there with our infant and found the resort to be very baby-friendly. We dined at the Ospreys restaurant every night and loved the food. The private beach offers an amazing view of the sunrise. I would certainly recommend Thala and - Nice room with a lovely veranda in the woods. The staff is very motivated and nice. The Restaurant was good and quiet on one night, but slow and loud (2 groups) the other. We were compensated for the late Arrival of the meal on the second night - were offered free drinks and free Dessert (which we didn't take) and lots of apologies.

We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean.   Absolute perfection. We stayed in the relaxation room for one night and could say it was the best stay of our little holiday. The staff were very professional, positive, helpful, efficient and definately went out of their way to provide world class service.
