  As I have trouble negotiating stairs, I was impressed to find a lift in this motel. There was plenty of undercover parking, and I found a spot directly in front of reception and the lift. The staff were extremely helpful and obbliging, and assisted me in making phonecalls to sort out a problem with my credit card on arrival. This was booked as a one night stop over between the sunshine coast and sydney, however, after a night in the Mid-Pacific motel we would have actually liked to stay for a while in Port Macquarie for a couple of days longer. The rooms were really well presented, clean, fresh and welcoming. My fiance and I booked the executive room and were surprised at the quality of the room for the low cost. We will be returning and making this a frequent stop

When I asked Terry for directions he went to his office and returned with a print out from his comp - Friendly and helpful owners providing us with an immaculate well equiped room on the first floor overlooking the river with an extensive view.
