  Rooms are very nice. Breakdown of keycard machine was not convenient, though staff were very good at letting me in, I wonder how that would have worked if reception had been busier - Location wonderful. The jetty viewing the ships very near. Bedroom comfortable and the spa, after a long desert drive, superb.

  Close to the beach, cabin was big enough to accommodate family of 5, sightseeing at the Ports, Staff friendly and helpful at Aspen - The unit was clean and facilities adequate. Aircon, TV, lounge space. All good!

  I liked the fruit platter when I got there. The tv channels worked and a couple of foxtel channels. Bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned well everyday. - Nice room Nice staff Nice food - Friendly Staff, great location

  The staff were very kind and helpful. We cancelled the booking us we were caught up in the floods but then we managed to get through and they could not have been more helpful in finding us a room at night. - One of the reasons I stay here the Pilbara Room is such a great place to eat.   I liked the fact that the apartment had 2 televisions. A large one in the lounge with foxtel and one in the bedroom. The large fridge was handy and there was plenty of wardrobe space. Overall the place was modern, clean and comfortable. - Very comfortable and central location. Considering the work being done in the area, it was quiet.
