  The room was excellent. The king size bed was very comfortable and the sheets very nice. The bathroom eas very well designed and practical, the spa was not severe and was soothing. - The ambiance was good and relaxed. Just what you need when you escape work for a few days off.   perfect location, just at the hastings street and beach! Pool is not big, but no hotel there has it, though it has a spa with very hot water, what was so relaxing. Nice for kids, huge apartments. - The room was very well equipped to a full standard. The location was central. The pool and sauna were well kept.   On arrival we found that the fully renovated penthouse apartments were overbooked but we were offered a partly refurbished penthouse suite with a complimentary bottle of wine and breakfast for two at Aromas as compensation - more than adequate as far a we were concerned. The room was lovely and view from the roof-top spa perfect. We had a problem ... 别人怎么说 » with a leaky washing machine (recently installed) but this was fixed promptly and our clothes washed and hung out for us. The gym is excellent. - The rooftop spa was amazing. The temperature was ajustable so ou could use it day or night. The view was over the forest/river so not the ocean view I was hoping for but still great. Staff were very helpful Location is excellent, a nice stroll to Hastings Street and the beach or go the other way down the hill to some more laid back dining options.
