Loved the view of the river and the proximity to everything. Nice to have parking too - left the car and walked, paddle boarded or hiked everywhere.

Hotel Laguna was great value for money in a fantastic location. I loved that the beach, shopping and cafes were on our doorstep and nothing like a dip in the pool after the beach!
It was a shame the renovations weren't finished, but maybe next year!

The location is about the best in Noosa. We had a room overlooking and it's on Hastings Street. What more could you want?

There wasn't anything I disliked but I did fall over the hump in the driveway and scratched me knee but I think I just didn't notice the white lines sufficiently enough!
Efficient arrangements in spite of work going on at hotel. Clean.Sensible: tidied bed rather than changed linen after one night. Shower worked beautifully. Very close to beach, shops, eating places.

It was very clean and comfortable. Close to everything we wanted to do. Large rooms with plenty of furniture. Great pool area. Good parking.
Bathroom was small. Heated pool not warm enough for the cooler weather.

Everything really. 2 minute walk from the beach. Noosa is gorgeous. Would like to have stayed longer.

The location is on the Main Street and opposite the beach. Very vibrant area with tourist type shops and restaurants. There ws washing machines and dryers in the laundry. The car parking was good and undercover

Great location on river side of Hastings Street. Newly renovated kitchen was well equipped.
Cosmetically, some aspects of the room could use an update (paint peeling on doors, old bathroom etc) but nothing major.
Excellent hotel and staff. It is actually a hidden Gem in Noosa. The manager Tony was extremely friendly and helpful. I was with my 19 yrs old son where we were visiting Noosa from Jordan. The room was clean, comfortable with modern amenities. The view to the river is a million dollar one, they need to upgrade their web site to show off the magnificent views. Will definitely come back to the same hotel for a longer stay. Thank you Tony for a pleasant stay
No Elevator, so one has to carry heavy laugage to rooms, not pleasant in the heat.
We got a VERY good deal and staff were really happy to oblige with regard to wanting to 2 single beds in our unit. Views of river one side and pool on other, right in Hastings Street.

Everything was great!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a prime location perfect if you are looking to go to the beach, wander around the shops or choose from the many restaurants in Hastings Street. A perfect spot for a weekend getaway or holiday.
There was nothing we didn't like
The room was small but very well fitted out, comfortable and contained all we needed for our short stay. The little balcony on level 2 had a lovely view over the river in the afternoon. It was relatively quiet during our stay and the pool and beach were easily accessible and not crowded. Excellent location for all Hastings St restaurants and shops. Fresh towels daily, very helpful front desk, easy onsite parking but be careful on weekends as things got busier and we opted to leave the car parked in case we lost our spot.
Some of the plates and cutlery in the kitchenette were not very clean, the kitchenette drawers also looked like they needed a good clean out.
This is a great central location for Noosa in a quiet area with good facilities for an extended stay- river facing balcony was lovely and it's good that there is a dvd player & kitchenette.
No elevator would be difficult if staying on a higher floor. The room was not serviced during a 6 night stay apart from getting fresh towels. You wouldn't live in your own house without cleaning anything for 6 days so I felt it was a bit poor considering I paid the same price every night for a dirty room. I also had no fridge on the first day, and there was no one in reception on a day when I locked my key in the room and I had to wait for almost 20 minutes to get back in!!!

Staff Stayed for three nights but for the second day onwards they stopped cleaning Advertise free wifi but the room had no signal
The manager gave me my money back after declaring that I was leaving after the first night and prepared to forego my second night.
Where do I start. Pathetic conditions, none working phone (although they changed it) burnt light bulb, food stuck on the floor, curtains falling apart, hard and lumpy bed, ditto pillows, dirty plates........
