The view of the ocean from most parts of the room. The spa was very relaxing. Large Balcony. Location is close to everything we needed eg movies, shops, beach, coffee shops etc. I loved everything about the sebel ,the apartments are brilliant ,I'd recommend anyone to stay there as it is my new fav holiday stay,outstanding. Spa (felt like home), didn't feel we were staying in less than our home, spacious Being upgraded t more than the one bedroom we booked.

Our apartment was spacious, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The Location was fantastic the room and facilities Fantastic defenitely a memorable experience will defenitely stay again. I loved the ocean view, the spacious balcony, the size of the rooms, the spa bath view and the swimming pool. Booked ocean view room and was given beautiful room on 13th floor with HUGE balcony! Very happy with that :). Beautiful hotel, great location & amazing value for money! Looking forward to returning on a holiday!. The modern and large size of the apartment. The ocean view was amazing. Location. Traffic Noise due to lights in front of units. Nothing at all it is a wonderful place to relax. Felt people could look in if blinds weren't down lounge chairs could be more comfortable. The key card can be unreliable, especially when in close proximity to a mobile phone. Just about everyone carries a mobile today and some warning about their mutual exclusion should be mentioned while checking in. Our only complaint was the bed and pillows, especially the pillows. Not comfy at all. the TV reception in the rooms was a bit poor. Airconditioner was VERY noisy in the master bedroom. It felt like trying to sleep near an aircraft taking off! It appeared that the main aircon unit was in a cupboard in the back of the walk in wardrobe, which didn't have a door to separate it from the bedroom. Needs some major soundproofing! No stereo system. Nothing, it was perfection!. The only negative (not a big deal) was lack of wifi. Bed too small. Why do places always insist on using double bed sizes. Makes for an uncomfortable sleep as you can't stretch, especially when your partner is 6ft 2'. View from the roof top and the spa up there was cool/cold - did not matter though as spa in the room and by the pool were great. No bar/restaurant. Had some troubles with the entry key, but nothing major. Pillows were very uncomfortable. No cable TV No internet (kept dropping out) A very basic DVD player with no remote - had restart from the beginning every time!. very expensive for the room, photos on internet show the rooms to be much more modern than they actually are. No gym and inhouse restaurant. There were nearby one that youcould use the hotel cards with. Some appliances didn't work or were difficult to operate. There were holland blinds that did not cut out the light in the bedrooms, curtains would be way better. The tv was rather small in the lounge area and there was not free internet. No negatives. It was windy and all the doors rattled all night making sleep difficult. Loved it. pillow on the bed was terrible. So high. I had a terrible nights sleep & woke up with a sore neck the next morning. Beds were horrific. paid $200 for one night in a double bed?? what happened to the queen size bed? pillows were the size and softness of iron bark logs so nether of us got any sleep and I have subsequently spent $260 on chiropractics as I was all but paralized for the remainder of what was meant to be a romantic weekend. Please get some normal sized pillows for the normal sized guests. My booking was for beach views. There was none on level 2. Bathroom fills withwwater after shower. Water pools around toilet. Room 204. Bed was only a dbl not queen or king. Everything was too low to ground. Poor value for money. Too much chlorine in pool Minimum crockery etc No help to get to room no trolley No clothes airier Not cheap accomadation with apartment being very minimal. Room has started to look warn and tatty from our last stay ie kitchen sink unit starting to rot on edges some rust points on front door and jacuzzi didn't work in main bathroom.
