We asked if we could have an early check-in due to a time we had to be at engagement and that was not any trouble. The room was clean as well as the shower etc...and we like the fresh milk for tea/coffee plus there is always plenty of teabags and coffee for that extra cuppa. The bed was comfortable and sheets lovely and white and fresh feeling. The place is quiet and it is always good to be able to open the little kitchenette window if the air conditioning is not needed.

I was pleasantly surprised by how neat and clean the place was - it was extremely comfortable and spacious. much better than many bigger hotels I have stayed in! Terrific parking. Hotel is in a reasonably quiet location away from the crazy strip. Rooms are clean and of a generous size. Close to the shopping centre if required. Within walking distance from restaurants. Lovely clean rooms! Beautiful swimming pool. Location was perfect and easy to find. Did not have opportunity to eat as only in late out early overnight stay. Would definitely consider again!. Reception staff attitude Excelent cleanlyness Clean room smell Tea, coffee,plates with knives and forks and an iron to refresh travel clothes. The bed was fantastic! Size and comfort. Perfect! The rooms and bathroom was clean, nothing could be faulted. Well done!. Efficient & friendly Staff Clean & Spacious Room Location was great for Shopping & proximity to Themeparks. Good size room and amenitiesnot too far away from where we we're going to the next day just loved it. Tightly run ship. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits provided. friendliness and cleanliness. spa bath was very nice. Quiet & friendly. big and comfortable. quietness. Comfort. huge living area. kitchenette. loads of space. Handy location to where we had to go. The location to shops etc. very satisfactory. Nothing. Wished I had my swimmers and could have stayed longer!. No dinning facilities on the premises. supply of a Microwave oven in the kitchenette, but no suitable ovenware supplied in which to cook or reheat foods. Paid a daily rate for 7 days & found out when we got there that we could have had a cheaper weekly rate, would like to have been told this. Nothing critical - constructively meant, the check out's to early at 10am. taps and water flow from unit above us was very noisey. Lighting & no Foxstar. very limited hot water. Service. Steps slippery due to rain. biscuits in tea and coffee making were stale. Towels were taken away but not replaced, tissue box in bathroom was not replenished office wasn't open when we wanted to check out by 7am. Very little hot water for evening showers. Message in shower recess asked if we would like our towels cleaned or if hung up for reuse, we hung our towels but they were still cleaned - wasted water and money.
