I loved the locality sooo close to most good things on the Gold Coast. We ate out at the local Mermaid Beach Surf Club which was great. Free wifi was an added bonus. Good laundry facility with outside clothesline. Yes I would stay there again for sure. I had a very good trip because i chose the right accommodation! This motel is great with a nice swimming pool surrounded by rooms and it locates only 5 mins walk to beach! The staffs are very nice and the daily room cleaning service is sweet!.
所有评语 » The area any friendly staff this is the third year we have stayed at this motel we found the clean ing staff to be honest as last year we had lost a wallet in the room and the staff had found it and return it. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The motel is within a short driving distance from Surfers Paradise and large shopping precincts. Although situated on a highway, the rooms were very quiet. Family room had plenty of space, comfortable, clean, teenagers LOVED the free WIFI, pool was clean, motel in handy location, staff were exceptionally friendly and polite and even smiled!. Large enough to fit 2 adults and 3 young children, walking distance to the beach and very affordable. The couple who own it were very friendly and helpful and we would stay there again. It was clean ans compact and great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't use the pool area but it looked clean and well maintained. Our trip was neither Business or Leisure. There were a few little niggles which management sorted quickly.. Clean bright inviting. A small friendly environment. Value for money. Clean laundry facilities. Room was neat, clean, comfortable, well priced and met the need well for an overnight stay. Staff were lovely and pool area was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We just feel like home. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. pool fav with son. Location. The kitchen only opens from 7am to 9pm. It would be good if it can be closed later. Old air con unit that was very noisy and in the bathroom so didn't really get much benefit from it!. I would rate it as a three star Motel. It suited us as we were transit all the time. On the Minus side. Cockroaches, phone didn't work, Dirty Valance, Plug in hand basin missing. The washers on all the taps needed a little TLC. Had tuirn really turn them off to stop the dripping. Could hear person in next room snoring all night. Noisey. Prefer a microwave plus cutlery in own room. I can't add anything here..... no choice of flatter pillows. Small fridge, no drinking water little amount of sugar and tea. must have atleast breakfast on extra cost. Small Complex, just basically a motel, Nothing out of the box regarding Accommodation,. Next to a busy road. No toaster in the room. Only one available in the kitchen. The main light switch did not work . It was noisy as its right on the main road. It's hard to easily walk to get food and so it took 25 minutes to find a park on a Saturday night. The people next door were smoking and I could smell it. I would not stay here again. fridge too small. Old leaking taps Smell of room not fresh Traffic noise high unless door fully closed.
