  The whole weekend was excellent. My negative comment was of one staff member, who probably needs a bit of retraining. However the staff were great considering the storm that had ensued not long after our arrival. Staff could have been concerned about personal property and they still kept a smile and courteous attitude during their task at hand. I ... 别人怎么说 » have great admiration in how they coped. I attended the 1 RAR reunion dinner. Thank You for a great and memorable weekend. I am still buzzing from the - I partciularly was extremely imporessed by the night receptionist Nathan. I also stayed there Christmas eve and the day after and he was on duty on both occasions. So helpful was he that I intended to write a letter to the managemant extolling our praise.You are fortunate to have him and youir other staff members were helpful as well. Please pass on my thanks to Nathan. Also has good facilities, including the pool and closness to the beach if required.

  The staff were fantastic, especially those at breakfast. I didn't catch the girls name who was there both mornings yet she was helpful, polite and accommodating. Not sure of her name unfortunately yet I intend ringing them and passing on the feedback once I am back home and passing it on. Clean, tidy, lovely pool and very relaxing place to stay. Make sure you request beachfront as this was best in our view but equally you could overlook the pool and gardens

  Great place to stop over whilst on a road trip north and on the return journey (two separate stays). Not on he beach but centrally located to all amenities and facilities! - The villa was clean with a well appointed kitchen, nice BBQ facilities, kids loved the games room.

  The location is perfect, across the road is the beach. We stayed here only one night on our way to Brisbane, but Coffs Harbour, the beach and this hotel seemed very nice too us.   The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The on site restaurant has a good menu, food is delicious & again the staff there were great. We were there after some pretty awful weather, yet the grounds were still very pretty.
