  The accommodations were nice with the beach just across the street! Pristine beaches almost to yourself. Don't miss the Cairns Tropical Zoo just a short distance from the apartment. You can actually hold a koala there and your ticket is good for two return visits. The kangaroos were wonderful as well. It doesn't get much better than this. - Located in a quiet position with on-site parking right on the beach. Good sized apartments, which are well appointed & spotlessly clean with all the modern amenities you could need. The 20m lap pool was always clean as were all other areas. Bbq area beside pool was a great feature. Craig & Petra were friendly with lots of info & were always welcoming. I do recommend car hire if staying here.

  Clifton Palms offered quiet, comfort, and a large space to recover from a packed week of Great Barrier Reef and Daintree explorations. It was the best value of all our travels (Part Douglas and Cape trib). Being next to Palm Cove, we could eat like kings and retreat from all the Palm Cove congestion. Must go....... - This place is great with a young family that the kids are able tp play in the open surroundings and very close proximity to the beach. The service was also very friendly and provided a relaxing time there. The price was also excellent and I would definetely try and get back there. - Stayed here on our last night before flying out of Cairns and found it comfortable. Staff helpful and I was able to wash the rental car before returning it the next day. There are not the cafes etc like other beach suburbs, however this did not matter to us as we used the kitchen.

  Great value for money, really friendly staff. Great pool with excellent waterslide to keep the kids amused. Good shallow pool for toddlers. Nice deep sink in room for washing baby bottles, no need to wash them in the bathroom.
