  We shall definitely return to Gateway on Monash which is well situated for shopping and business centres in that part of Melbourne, easy access to freeways etc. From the time we arrived until our departure we were treated with utmost courtesy and efficiency. The staff was friendly and courteous, the room was clean and spacious, the safe in the room was a fantastic feature, we didn't get down to the pool area but our window looked out over it and it was very inviting. Breakfast was served on time and delicious. We could not have been any happier.

  great location, excellent value for money as we have a large family and had to get two rooms. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Booking was easy on the internet, and our request for two rooms next to each other was accomodated. - Julia (Reception & Breakfast cook) was great. Facilities were very good and spotlessly clean.
