We did not go to Caloundra to look for pure luxury and spa relaxation at hotels, we needed clean accommodation and what a lovely surprise to have such space after uncomfy minute motel rooms at other places! We could entertain our friends with a meal in our flat without feeling cramped in. The hosts are delightful people and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are spotlessly clean including the windows. The location is perfect with a short walk to all shops. Good size apartments.Thank you Val and Andrew, we will be back again soon.
所有评语 » We enjoyed the location, roominess of unit, cleanliness, but above all, the courtesy and friendliness of managers. We will certainly stay again should the occasion arise.So close to many lovely , reasonably priced cafes too. Lovely location right by the sea. The room was massive with all the facilities you could wish for. Shops and restaurants were well within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking also excellent. The 1 bedroom unit was very spacious and the view from the balcony was terrific. The unit was close to shops and cafes - an excellent Indian restaurant was located in the Belaire Place complex. Location for the Caloundra Music Festival-ie within walking distance. Located very near shops & the beach, as well as the festival, so perfect. The managers were wonderful :)!. It's a beautiful relaxing place to stay by the beach and it's within my budget. So far they have always been accommodating and been lucky to get top floor water views :). Easy walk to beaches and casual shopping. Good ocean view from our apartment despite it being on a lower floor. Apartment very clean and casual though a bit dated. management were friendly and obliging. place was very very clean and roomy. was handy to beach and eating places and shops. we would certainly go back there. location friendliness of Val and Andrew (managers) cleaniness and size of unit great balcony small complex -not overpowering like most large resorts price. Clean, cheap as chips, staff stayed back 3 hrs just for us to arrive - amazing! 1 minute walk to beach and amazing restaraunts. Great location with very short stroll to main street and the beach, very comfortable bed, huge balcony and very spacious room. Staff were perfect, felt very safe, so close to the beach, huge bed, comfortable, everything supplied in the kitchen,. Loved the friendly staff, great location, large clean rooms and nice view from the balconey all at a great price. close to beach and shopping, plenty of eating venues close by. The bed was a wee bit hard for my wife, but that is our only adverse comment. All was great!. N/A. Would be lovely to have security screens and doors on the balcony to enjoy the sea breezes and not have to close doors and use fans and/or aircon in the evening/night. No fly screens but weren't any bugs anyway. Noise from adjacent resort. Liked everything. Next time it would be great to have a room with a nice view of the Coast & surroundings. N/A. Shower is over the bath with a curtain and it is very a narrow space. It doesn't make for a comfortable shower. Cannot think of a thing I didn't like. not A thing. Poor lighting in the bathroom and more dishwashing detergent would have been good. The foxtel was a bit hard to operate. nothing. Nothing. Lighting extremely poor. Own laundry would be more convenient. Basic cleaning equipment (cloth, detergent) not supplied. no clean towels every day,. noise from all the bars around hotel on closing time and everywhere you looked people could look into your apartment. No air conditioning in the bedroom.
