Reception was very thorough in explaining fundamentals of the apartment & surrounding district eg shopping hours, directions to the city before we even asked. Plenty of secure parking. 2bed apartment has plenty of space so comfortable to hang about if must. Multiple balconies. All appliances that we used were in working order - yay. Didn't hv time but pool/bbq area looked inviting too. Wld luv to return to Bris & wld def stay here again.
所有评语 » Good size kitchen/lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioners in lounge and bedroom. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location within walking distance to city and gardens. Free loop bus to/from city. Spacious (at least for a couple). Conveniently located for the Spring Hill free bus loop for access to the CBD, and on the right side of the city for our other destinations (Ashgrove and The Gap). The location was perfect - 10 minute walk into the city centre. The area was quiet. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved it...We were only there for 1 night and alot of place's want the min of 2 night's acommadation'S.So it was great in the respect that we were able to do that. Location to cbd perfect for walking, though uphill coming back. Size of apartment was well suited to our needs. Hosts were very pleasant and helpful to deal with. The location in a residential neighborhood is near the CBD but removed from the intense hustle bustle. And the property manager -- Yong -- was a delight. Staff were lovely. Free parking!!! We were able to check out but still leave our car there till we had finished later in the day. Room was great!. A short walk to the Showgrounds, City and SouthBank. Very central for the purposes of my trip. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Yong was very helpful friendly and accommodating going out if her way to help me when I had a flat battery. I will stay here again. In general it was quiet and the seating and bed were comfortable, I like low pillows which were available. bathroom was fine. Very friendly staff, excellent facilities and very modern and clean apartments! Free parking too!. Compact complex, well maintained unit. Great location nice pool. Checking out. Doesn't bother us cause we like the exercise, however, if you cant handle stairs, then don't take top floors - no lift. Personal choice but I am not a fan of old style carpets & furnishings that look more motelish to me. Main bed had double twin sinks on the outside of the ensuite - bit weird, but it worked fab for us cause plenty of room & lighting when 2 girls readying for a wedding!. Narrow, hilly street location. We both found the pillows uncomfortable. The lack of a handrail on the stairs made one of us (vision-impaired) feel very insecure. No complaints at all. Didn't get to stay longer. Nothing really. There is very little working space on the kitchenette. Climbing all the stairs could be an issue for older people. Having to put in a 6 figure code to get in and out of the secure carpark was a issue for me. I only used the non-secure part at the front. I chipped card would alleviate this issue. Nothing. As a business traveller it would have been good if the tea/coffee supplies had been replenished at least once over a 5 night stay. nothing. Pool very small. smoke smell in the room. please manager to take care of it! Air cond in the bed room, sounds noise, please fix it. I thought the décor in Appt. No 22 was a little tired and in need of refurbishment. Guests above our unit had children who dragged chairs etc around. Washing machine not working. n/a. My sis and I cant sleep many nights as there was no partition above and we could hear all the noises below when they talk or watch TV late into the nights. as its a holiday we must let the young people enjoy too. Those sleeping below could hear our footsteps above. We understand why you cant have a partition as its structure is made of wood. Really small street which is difficult to find for foreigners. nothing. I was sleeping in a sofa bed and I was cold. Not enough bedding. Had to ask for more. uphill walk. No safe in apartment. the lady at reception could have been alot more friendly. it seemed she was only interested in payment and had an attitude of pay and get out. could have been cleaner. Access to upper floors by steep stairs only. Difficult and inconvenient for older guests. Lack of full range of toilteries. TV way to small by today's standard two towels for two people for two days not cool. Very dated, plastic plates, bowls, plastic toilet seat. There for 6 nights and no service on the apartment so no fresh linen or towles for the whole stay. Should be 2/3 star. No way is it 4 star. Everything. Management were horribly rude. They called me at work and told me off for not checking my sms'. They charged me $220.00 because I lost a key. They refused to provide assistance outside of normal business hours. They misrepresented the accomodation. Overall the worst accomodation provider I have ever encountered. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE.
