The owners of the Motel were very friendly. We were travelling with a two year old toddler, and they put up a cot for him in our room. The size of the room was ok. There was a fridge and a microwave and some dishes but no real kitchenette. The bathroom was spacious. A bus stop was right in front of the Motel and the Fairfield train station was just 800 meters away. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the staff were polite and accommodating. Undercover Parking. Also after a day out it was great to relax in the undercover BBQ and outdoor area. A really nice place to stay. We definitely will go back again.
所有评语 » Everything. Best of the hotels we stayed in during our trip. In hindsight should have stayed an extra night. Arrived early and after asking if we could leave our bags as we were to early to check-in we were allowed to check-in at time of arrival. Our room was very clean and well presented. It was more budget than luxury but had space to move around. We chose it so we could attend a rowing regatta on the Brisbane River and the access to the river was excellent. A very comfortable room with better than adequate facilities. It is obvious that they are in the process of refurbishing the rooms, but this was not a problem at all. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Excellent location for days out, nearby food and drink, accessible local shops, parking on site, bus routes within 200m, good room standard and management plans to upgrade further. We would recommend to others. Fantastic Staff, Friendly and communication was amazing. Great Value for Money, and will return. Thankyou staff for your assistance and frindly communication. Lancaster Court is handy to Greenslopes & Wesley hospitals & has a variety of eateries close by. It is on main road but not noisy. Extremely clean. Friendly, very helpful manager. The street was very busy and therefore very loud. Not actually a dislike but an observation. The hotel could have mentioned in it's letsbookhotel.com entry that there was a train station nearby connecting to the City centre train stations instead of in the introduction booklet at the hotel. Traffic noise might be the only issue, however it really didn't make any difference to us. Ipswich Road an be busy, but didn't really disturb us. Nothing. The noisy obnoxious neighbours to the hotel. Pillows. WiFi only marginal. Earliest breakfast 7am, not early enough for me. noisy air conditioner. Traffic noise. Nothing. Nothing. TV sound was very high in treble even with the bass turned up and the treble turned down - not the greatest. shower nozzel - water shot straight out the door when we turned it on LOL. Security was scratchy - a normal external door set with a chain and a lot of movement of the door once locked. The balcony looked a nice size but couldn't be accessed because of a broken screen door. The air conditioner filter needed cleaning. Traffic noise. far from city centre. Street noise. The third bed wasn't very confortable. Nothing really - you get what you pay for?. Poor welcome from front cou nter staff. Pillows lumpy, noisy location. In need of freshening up!.
