Such a relaxing, friendly place to stay. There's not a lot to do in Alice Springs, so it's a great place to hang out with others in the evenings, and has a really laid back, comfortable feel to it.
Great Staff, got a free room upgrade, good location, nice backpacker hostel with pool and everything you would need during your stay, free toast/coffee breakfast;
Hammocks by the pool, good movies to watch, very friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast and airport pickup

Lot of water being wasted due to leaky taps - could be fixed really easily Tea towels in kitchen had seen better days - even the clean ones were grey and daggy looking

Friendly staff, clean amenities and close to the city! Perfect place to stay if you want to have a trip to uluru!you can leave there the luggages with no fees!

Made two different bookings and reconfirmed them by email when they sent the wrong reservation back. They confirmes once again. Upon arrival they had the wrong booking for the first night and had to put us in a bigger dorm and mixed. On the second night of reservation they had only one bed down even though they confirmed by email that it was two beds. They had to move us locations. We did end up staying their sistel motel. They paid the difference. They are not organized.
