In the two room apartment we had, the rooms were very spacious, friendly with comfortable beds.There were TVs in both bedrooms as well as a huge TV in the living room. The bathroom was very large and included a spa bath which was well utilised by our family. The kitchen facilities had all necessary appliances including a microwave. Room service and reception services were prompt and high quality. Cleaning staff were obliging and friendly. The gym, spa and sauna were well used by our group. A ve.
所有评语 » Although I was only passing through Albury and had a shor stay, the staff were very attentive and friendly. Parking was easily available and free. The room was large, clean and well presented. The location was ideal for my travels through Albury and the standard of accommodation for the price was excellent. I also enjoyed my evening meal, which was delicious as was the wine. 10 out of 10 to the staff on duty. The hotel is great, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The room I had was very nice and and very modern. If I was to travel to Albury I would definetly stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family if travelling to Albury. Very close walking distance to town, and very convenient for myself and my son as we didn't have a car. A wonderfully friendly and comfortable spot as a stopover on our way to Melbourne. We were upgraded to a spa king room and found it very appealing so much so that we are thinking of altering our return journey so as to have another night here. Good quality wine and food at the inn as well with prompt service and well cooked food at an appropriate price. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite which was very spacious and meant we could self cater. The bed was comfy. The swimming pool was lovely. This was a stopover en route to Melbourne and the hotel was easy to get to and in a good position opposite a park and 15 minute walk from town centre. Hotel was EXCELLENT. Our stay was only an overnight on our way to Melbourne but I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Could have happily stayed there longer. Bed was FABULOUS. Extremely comfortable. Good value for money. Definitely a great place to stay and come back to. Superb room, spacious and pleasure to stay in. Modern quality bathroom Fast internet connection. The pool is small, but our 5yo daughter loved it. Staff were very good. We have two kids, they brought the second bed within minutes. Our oldest enjoyed his double all for himself :). we arrived early the lady on reception greeted us with a smile and said the room was not ready but she would find out what time it would be ready we were in no rush so she rang to let us now it was ready really good service we had breakfast and every body was friendly. Everything! I could not fault this place! The room was spotless, the bed & pillows were the most comfortable of my 3 week trip. I loved it, and would highly recommend it... Oh, it was the least expensive of the places I booked, and I liked it the most!. A really lovely hotel. We had the 2 room suite which was fabulous. the beds were large and comfortable and the 3 large tvs were much appreciated. The second room we stayed in was large but we had to close all the drapes as both windows were facing other rooms. Both rooms had a bad smell in the bathrooms. There was absolutely nothing to dislike. the only thing we didn`t like was the pillows polyester pillows are not good to sleep on. Would like the pool to be a lap pool. That upon arrival I wasn't offered assistance with my luggage given i was travelling on my own with a small baby. As it was not an option to leave my baby either in the car or in the room on her own it made it a little difficult to juggle without having to ask for help. Couldn't get Foxtel as it didn't work (didn't matter as there was nothing on I wanted to watch). Hand basin taps very noisy, especially in bedroom. nothing. Nothing to note. nothing. Nothing. Out of town. Nothing. Faultless. Limited outlook from room into a light well only. TV could have been mounted on the wall for more relaxing viewing in bed. My baked fish for dinner was overcooked. 10am checkout. Shower didn't have fantastic pressure, but it was ok. Spa pool outside next to pool is cold..didnt matter as they had indoor spa, it was just that when we were booking we thought it looked nice. Hard to think of anything, parking is off street and undercover but not secure, not that this is a problem just something to consider. Shower didn't drain very well but good, spacious modern shower receptacle. Location was difficult to find if you aren't familiar with Albury.
