Carpe Die, is a gem, Silke & Riccardo are wonderful hosts, you are welcomed and made to feel at home. The facilities are excellent and breakfast great with Silke's home made bread and cakes., when you are leaving late as we were being able to use the facilities on the last day was a real plus.
