  This is a nice 5 star hotel on a quiet, beautiful street in Buenos Aires. The junior suite that I stayed in was large and comfortable. I enjoyed in particular a six course tasting menu, complete with wines, at the hotel restaurant, El Sud. - Atmosphere, location, kindness.

  The hotel is close of most importants touristics points of Buenos Aires' downtown. The staff of hotel, in most of situations, is very polite, mainly Pamela. She is very kind. The price is little high and the acoustic isolation of our room was terrible. But, in general, it was a good accomodation.

Good location (Palermo - safe area), excellent staff and really nice rooms. We arrived at 7 am after a very long flight and got our rooms 8 hours before normal check-in time. They arrange transfer to/from airport for a decent rate, give nice tips for tango and sightseeing. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was also good.

  The hotel was fabulous. Loved the interior decorating, the designer and architect really took some time to think about the esthetics as it gave it a sleek modern look.   The staff went out of their way to make my stay fun. They gave good restaurant tips and helped me book other travels . They spoke good English , I speak little Spanish .   The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and they were able to speak and understand english. Also, location, location, location! I enjoyed the view of the Recoleta Cemetery from our balcony.   It was my second staying in this hostel, and I had a chance to compare it with some other hostels after my first staying. I must say, that it's a really great place to live, and it's even better than most of the 2-3* hotels in Baires. Excellent lounge, nice furniture and decorating, very kind people who speak good English, perfect location and sec... 别人怎么说 » urity, and, what was really important for me, very high level of cleanness in every part of hostel. As I think, the only reason why it's not a 'hotel' - The hostal is an old colonial building. It has original features and large shuttered windows, it is beautiful and is walking distance to the antiques market, bars and main areas while feeling vey local and not overly touristy. The owners and the people that worked there were friendly and accomodating especially Pablo and even the surly but caring Muigel. There was another very nice man there but I didn't get his name.
