The hotel is new, comfortable and well located. The bed is very large and comfortable and the room is large too.

The sound of music played between 1-4 p.m. We were on the third floor but heard it. It came from below, not across the street. The sound was not loud but audible enough to keep me awake.

The hotel was excellent and we felt like in a 5 star hotel, the staff is very friendly and recommended us where to go, great breakfast, rooms very big, bed big and very very comfortable, nice balcony in the rooms. location perfect.

subway line A was closed when I was around so had to walk 10 min to get to subway area surrounding was a bit worn down and everything is closed on saturday sometimes, my shower smelled like sewer
New installations. Impeccable. The Montevideo Avenue location is pefect for anyone visiting Buenos Aires for a few days. All theaters and dining in Las Cañas, Chiiquilin and others are perfect.
Complete the team with someone more experienced at the counter.

The spacious room.
A huge amount was charged for a broken dish. I have travelled all over the world and this is a first. I won't even mention the ridiculous amount I had to pay for a broken plate. Not good.

Don't go to Icaro Suites if you have a special diet ! The management refused to arrange pre-booked gluten free breakfast for my wife. Breakfast on the whole was very simple and almost every day coffee and some othre foodstuffs were out of supply for lengthy periods. Service culture is non existent. The "hotel" is an apartment building with some limited hotel services.
