First thing is the staff. The best ever. Very helpful and always available. The hotel was not full when we arrived and when the staff thought we may want to stay an extra day they told us if we didn't put in for it they would be full, which they were. They were full of little league baseball kids. They staff maintained control even after many of the parents and kids were completely out of control. The managers swept mopped and didn't leave the hotel all night, in fact I don't think one left or .

The rooms were very clean. In fact, the entire hotel was very clean. The staff was very courteous and gave us no trouble when we arrived early and asked for an early check-in. I loved that the hotel was new and clean. They have a radio in Every room where you can play different sounds to block out the noise which my kids thought that was cool. This hotel was a little difficult to find from the interstate. Entrance lighting was non-existent. Other than this issue, I would highly recommend this hotel. The place was very clean and traveling with a baby, that was important to us. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, that was also very nice. Very nice modern décor. There was a window seat/bed that was an unexpected treat, since we were traveling with our 3 kids. It was a great stay. The bed and the pillows were wounderful the place was clean breakfest better than most. The location was a way from traffic noise. I travel a lot, has to be a place I will stay again when I come to Austin TX,. clean room plenty of linens good air conditioner good tv good parking. Easy to check in. Room was green and comfortable. Nothing negative to say. all that was missing was an indoor pool, but not a big deal. The short hours of serving breakfast. An extra half hour to an hour would be nice. (6:30 to 10:00/10:30). I can't think of anything negative!. The breakfast, but that's all, could of had eggs, and sausage. breakfast laking variety. Very noisy neighbors which kept us up to about 3am. Night clerk did go and talk to them but it took them a hour to calm down. It was a family with 2-3 children with no respect for their neighbors. It was an adjoining room . We were tired after the uil basketball tournament. Paid good money for a nice rest we did not get! Will request not to be put next to a family next time if there is one. Hotel is kinda far out from downtown Austin, about a twenty to thirty minute drive, possibly longer with traffic. But that's not the hotels fault. Beware, there is no continental breakfast, it consisted of mini muffins, cereal and make your own Texas shaped waffles. The main entrance was not marked and curved so you really couldn't tell how to get there. The main entrance does not face the roadway. The juice has too much water. Breakfast could be better. Lobby could be a bit bigger for larger groups to hang out while at hotel. Some of the workers don't know alot of the questions I had they dint even offer to find out this was Saturday night it was a lady with black hair she was a little chunky she needs to learn the word initiative. Nothing. Told you this last time. You need a light out by the entrance, very hard to see at nite if you do not know where you are going. Even then, it's hard to see at nite period. The Breakfast was a bit sparse. ther was to many yong kids nex room and very noisy and to late cant sleep well the saturate nite they slam the walls maybe nex time have a veter luck. Need better drinking cups in rooms. Little or no insulation between rooms. Constantly heard alarms from adjoining unoccupied rooms. When room was occupied, all conversations from other room clear as if we were ther. Coffee in morning was very strong and at 5:30 AM cold. We were there to visit our son and just happened to be the same week end of Formula 1 race. We were unfortunate and had to pay $199 a night for four nights of our seven night stay. Why Sunday? Race was over. They get you "supply and demand". Other nights were $87 a night. Breakfast? What breakfast? Where is the protein, only waffles, cold cereal and yogurt. We stayed in a suite and it was very small for what we paid. The breakfast was just lacking. I had to tell them that there was no coffee for 2 mornings in a row. The walls were so thin that you could hear every sound outside the room and from other rooms and there were no movie channels on tv. For the money I thought the breakfast buffet should offer more. Beds were extremely firm. Bathrooms too small.
