  The location was perfect, close to union square and downtown SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was well maintained. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. Overall was a pleasant stay. - I was overcharged and it took a while for the receptionist to believe ... vad folk säger » me (even though I had my original booking (with letsbookhotel.com printed out) and then work out what to do. I feel that I was overcharged on purpose, hoping that I wouldn't notice.

  Great location, on block from union square. Comfortable rooms, and much less busy than other hotels in the area. Also, a reasonable continental breakfast in the club. - Excellent room, and very pleasant service. Good location and facilities.
