  Very comfortable, elegant hotel in the heart of SoHo, brilliant for shopping and eating out. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, and we did not feel out of place with our 4 boys aged 11-20. It was expensive, but then everything in New York is expensive! How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

  I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent... vad folk säger » . It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

  Our favorite aspect of the room was the bathroom with both a deep soaking tub and a lovely shower with hand held spray. This latter feature is often omitted in even many nicer hotels. Of course the marble and the overall design created a cheerful and homey environment. The bed was excellent and the mattress was friendly to our hypersensitive backs... vad folk säger » . The sound system was nice. Our room faced the back and so was extemely quiet for nyc. Of course, the staff was as pleasant as could be. - The staff were ALL extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very large and extremely nice. The shower was amazing and had great water pressure. The bed was deliciously comfortable. Even though our room overlooked Madison Avenue, it was very quiet. In short, it was wonderful!!

  Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Fantastic location. Very nice room. Very well kept and looked after while we were there. Never felt intruded upon by house keeping. They came in while we were out. We always had fresh bath linens and the room was always spotless. Everyone at the hotel, door men, concierge, front desk, bell hops, security,... vad folk säger » house keeping staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We visited two other hotels in the area were relatives and friends were staying. Both we - Everything....professional and attentive service to all sorts of personal touches to make you feel "special" to the point you forget how much you are paying for these features :)

  Once we got over the inefficiency of what letsbookhotel.com had organised, the staff at The Pierre were excellent and arranged what we couldn't accomplish through many emails and telephone discussions. - Clean, quiet and the service was fantastic all the way around.

Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.
