  Hotel was very close to Mayo clinic, but on a nice side street. The room was very spacious and modern with a nice view. This and the kitchenette made a long term stay very comfortable. The breakfast and "social hour" with food in eve were very nice touches. Hotel was quiet (good insulation) and bed was comfortable.

  Super friendly staff - for instance they let us store our luggage for 2 whole days while we were on a side trip. Everything is beautifully organized: free shuttle services to/from the airport and mall of america; buffet breakfast in the morning with tons of choices. The rooms are nice and big and quiet. There's even a small pool plus hottub to rel... vad folk säger » ax in. And it's priced extremely well compared to the downtown hotels in Minneapolis. Seriously if you're flying in to Minneapolis for shopping, just - Wonderful and helpful staff - went out of their way to help, and even go beyond helping. Wonderful people. Location is great - very near to Mall of America and literally off the end of the runways at msp airport - and guess what! Its very quiet - no problem with airplane noise. Being inside is like wearing noise cancelling headphones. Well stocked lobby bar. Really nice hot breakfast with wide selection in included. Fairly new building, clean, everything worked and a hair dryer too.

  I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was. We were always late at breakfast and yet we were never rushed out but rather told there was no rush! The front desk staffed helped us out with taxis and suggestions for dinner. - Appreciated the effort to make smoking areas easily accessible for patrons.   Space is in a seriously renovated part of the town (used to be mostly abandoned warehouses 10 years ago) and there are a ton of great places to eat nearby (Bachelor Farmer for the win) - Size of the room, built in kitchen, comfort level of room, nice little exercise room, wonderful staff.

  Loved the comfortable king-sized bed after a long day. Atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Pool area looked up to date and clean, though i didn't swim. Roomy bathroom.   Staff were great. Shuttle service was awesome as we came in two vehicles and were able to shuttle all 9 of us to the mall. - Great personnel behind the desk! Good recommendations for dining out. Very comfortable bed with wonderful pillows!

  I was impressed with how lage the room was for the price. It was bigger than some apartments i've lived in. Having a full featured kitchen and 3 tv's was nice too. Just a few minutes drive from Mall of America.   We liked the convenience of location. My husband was a patient at Mayo and we were able to commute everyday to appointments. They offer a free shuttle to the clinic.
