  Our room was very spacious and had a great kitchenette! The grounds of the hotel are beautiful! The breakfast was excellent and Elena was so sweet and helpful! The pool area is very nice and although we didn't order lunch, you can order lunch at the pool. We loved our stay and would highly recommend! - The landscaped grounds of the PBVR are interesting and beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised that the room we stayed in had been recently renovated. There was a new rug, comfortable beds, and the bathroom was recently retiled. The room was spacious for a family of four. It was nice to have breakfast available on site.

  The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly/professional. They made me feel welcomed the minute I stepped my foot in the hotel. We were there to visit Salem and it was a very short drive to Salem. The free breakfast was actually very nicely done. I plan on visiting Salem again next year and will definitely book with Springhill Suites again! - Staff was great...we left our Iphone & they immediately contacted us & shipped it back (at our cost of course).   the hotel is really well located, 15 min from downtown Boston. I was travelling with my boyfriend and my parents. We took a suite with 2 bedrooms, and each one has a bathroom, we had a big living room and a kitchen. It was perfect! The rooms are very nice and well appointed. The breakfast is very good. Great choice for anyone visiting Boston but wanting to stay outside of the city.

  It was my daughters first time to stay at a hotel and it was the first time that I stayed alone with one of my children so it was an experience for both of us. She had a great time at the hotel, loved the pool and the room! I know for now on when we have to travel fo - Everyone was very nice, especially the women who helped with breakfast in the mornings and happy hour in the afternoons. They were the best part!   The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.
