  Very nice, elegant, stylish yet relaxed hotel, with very friendly staff. Location is superb, close to the heart of the town. Breakfast was abundant, topped with delicious home-made cakes. We had a great time there, can only recommend to anyone. - The hotel offers a unique setting, right in the smack of Provincetown and yet each area of the hotel ... vad folk säger » had a little oasis where you could lounge about.   The staff was SUPER accommodating and VERY friendly and efficient. The lcoation was within walking distance of most shops and restaurants in Hyannis. I was impressed with the swiftness and efficiency displayed by all staff members. The value is the main reason I stayed, but it's not the reason I will come back. Location and staff. Breakfast was included and ample. wifi free! Rooms were large and comfortable . Location excellent, we walked everywhere. They even stored our bags when we left for a few days to the islands. We will be back!

  The hotel is very basic and old fashioned, but comfortable. The whole place could do with an uplift but Raisa the Ukraine owner is the best of it all. She is kind and helpful and makes good conversation. We felt quite at home and enjoyed the hole experience.   The best old things have been preserved. Old-fashioned courtesy in an historic building run by an inn-keeper full of local knowledge who loves his vocation (Mac). The location for touring Cape Cod is excellent, on one of the principal roads but with the least traffic, and for those who stay a few da - The backyard and frontyard are gorgeous. We were able to sit outside and relax often. The location is also pretty good. Less than a minute drive to a bank and ice creamery. There is also a cute convience store and alcohol store less than a walk away. The owner is also great. He was able to give us directions to the best route up the cape. We basically got to see everything we needed to see because of his directions! No gps needed. The breakfast is also delicious. We did not want to leave this p
