  We loved the view from our balcony and the general relaxed atmosphere of Bass Rocks. The continental breakfast which was provided each morning was more than adequate. We loved the Starbucks coffee! The rooms were quiet and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The staff was friendly. - Very nice quaint small hotel. staff was very friendly ... vad folk säger » and helpful. Little more remote less convenient than expected. Visited other areas and found Marblehead to be more the area I would have preferred. But still lovely hotel.

  This is a Five Star Hotel, with a 10 Star Staff. What most impressed and delighted us was the amazing, friendly people who work at BHH. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are a delight. We travel often and The Boston Harbor Hotel is on our "must come back" list.
